Acetal CAD/CAM Disc
Acetal discs are milled resins that provide efficient manufacturing of dental prostheses and appliances.
The Acetal is a flexible thermoplastic alternative to rigid PMMA, durable and cost-effective material for the construction of dental appliances.
Acetal is compatible with the CAD-CAM new technology and has efficient color support.
Material:
Acetal PMMA is made of high-quality polyoxymethylene(POM).
Uses:
Acetal is used for the manufacturing of removable partial dentures better due to its flexibility(semi-rigid when thin), lower water absorption, higher strength, and metal-free esthetics for clasps and frameworks.
Acetal discs are diameter 98 mm with step, zirkonzahn, and Amann Girrbach system options, and shade of A0, A1, A2, A3, Clear, Pink.
