High Translucent White Zirconia Disc
The disk is made from absolute bio‑compatible, medical‑dentistry‑grade zirconia powder, guaranteeing safety for intra‑oral use.
It is fabricated by isostatically cold‑pressing, which imparts high compressive strength and results in a dense, defect‑free disc. The resulting zirconia disc offers outstanding bending strength (≈1100 MPa) and aesthetic translucency (≈43 %), thanks to its 4Y‑TZP composition.
Clinically, the discs can be milled into crowns, bridges, inlays, and veneers for fixed partial dentures, covering both posterior and anterior restorations. Their versatility also supports complex, large‑span implant frameworks, making them suitable for a wide range of aesthetic and functional dental applications.
Compatibility
White zirconia discs that are compatible with the dentistry CAD/CAM open system (diameter 98 mm with step), Amann girrbach, and zirkonzahn. The white discs’ height ranges from 10 mm to 25 mm.
