Titanium Ti-6Al-4V ELI for Dental Implant
Premium Grade 23 Ti-6Al-4V ELI titanium pucks are specifically engineered for high-precision dental laboratory milling.
Certified to the strict ASTM F136 surgical implant standard, this material guarantees ultra-high purity and bio-safety.
Compared to standard Grade 5, its Extra Low Interstitial (ELI) composition delivers significantly higher fracture toughness and fatigue resistance.
It provides the ideal balance of strength and flexibility for demanding implant-supported restorations.
Key Chemical Composition
Grade 23 strictly limits interstitial elements to achieve superior ductility and crack resistance compared to standard Grade 5:
- Oxygen (O): ≤ 0.13% (vs. ≤ 0.20% in Grade 5)
- Hydrogen (H): ≤ 0.015%
- Carbon (C): ≤ 0.10%
Application: Ideal for complex and thin-walled frameworks—such as full-arch All-on-X bars—while its smoother material removal extends milling bur longevity.
Specifications
Available Heights: 10 mm – 25 mm
