UV Light Polymerizer Chamber

It is a bench-top, box-type light polymerization chamber designed for dental laboratory and clinical use. It delivers controlled visible-light energy within the 400–500 nm spectrum to initiate and complete photoactivation of photopolymerizable resins.

The unit converts light-cure custom tray resin from a pliable, workable state into a rigid, dimensionally stable tray with consistent and reproducible results.

A programmable timer from 6 seconds to 99 minutes allows clinician-controlled curing cycles, minimizing operator variability. The built-in amber filter shield protects surrounding materials and personnel from stray light exposure during operation.

Designed for complete denture fabrication workflows, it supports both custom tray and surgical guide polymerization applications.
