Designed specifically for ceramic pre-heating, this rapid drying oven gently evaporates liquid mediums from wet stain and glaze pastes applied to zirconia or porcelain crowns.

Pre-drying the restoration before final high-temperature firing prevents moisture boiling, surface bubbling, and ceramic micro-cracking.

It provides uniform heat distribution to secure flawless aesthetic shading and optimal surface gloss across both traditional and CAD/CAM ceramic workflows.

Operation Guide

With its intuitive control system and a clear LCD panel displaying all adjustment data, this drying oven allows users to independently set upper and lower heating temperatures, adjust the working time, and activate the entire cycle with a single knob press.

1. Set Upper Temperature: Press the UPPER button (left button), then rotate the central knob to dial in your targeted top-chamber temperature.
2. Set Lower Temperature: Press the LOWER button (middle button), then rotate the central knob to select your targeted bottom-chamber temperature.
3. Set Drying Time: Press the TIME button (right button), then rotate the central knob to set the required drying duration.
4. Start the Cycle: Press down directly on the central knob. The indicator lights for the upper, lower, and time buttons will all illuminate together, confirming the unit is in active drying mode.
