Manual Crank Hot-cured PMMA Complete Denture Injection
This manual injection system fabricates high-density, hot-cured PMMA complete dentures in the dental lab. The closed-system design keeps the pre-mixed acrylic dough sealed inside a plastic bag to eliminate mess and monomer fumes. It relies entirely on mechanical leverage, giving you high packing pressure without needing electricity or air compressors.
Operation Sequence
- Mix & Seal: Mix the PMMA acrylic dough and seal it completely inside the plastic bag.
- Load Cylinder: Insert the sealed bag into the vertical injection cylinder.
- Purge Air: Press the ball-topped push rod down with light hand force to seat the dough and remove trapped air.
- Align Flask: Position the cylinder connection directly over the locked flask entry port inside the press frame.
- Inject Dough: Crank the manual handwheel down to force the dough out of the bag and completely pack the mold.
