Universal Denture Injection System 2 in 1 Complete Design
The Pneumatic Denture Injection System is an advanced engineering solution optimized for high-precision injection molding denture workflows within modern dental laboratories.
Featuring a highly versatile, automatic, and flexible design, this system effortlessly unifies both flexible thermoplastic cartridge processing and traditional hot-cured acrylic setups.
By utilizing consistent pneumatic compressed air power, it removes the manual labor of hand-cranking to achieve flawless, high-density prosthetic adaptation in seconds.
Features
Dual-Workflow Versatility: Accommodates both flexible thermoplastic cartridges (like nylon or Valplast) and traditional hot-cured or self-cured acrylic PMMA dentures.
Stable Twin-Bracket Mounting: Mounts the heating cylinder securely onto the dual-frame brackets to ensure rock-solid stability during high-pressure pneumatic injections.
Isolated Modular Control: Separates the heating cylinder from the digital control station via a quick-connect cable, protecting sensitive electronics from heat damage while improving benchtop flexibility.
Pneumatic Injection Power: Uses standardized compressed air lines for a uniform, high-pressure mold fill.
Smart Heating Station: Independent digital control unit ensures highly precise thermal regulation.
