IVISTA 3D F multilayer zirconia is built around one idea: a single disc, three independent sintering curves, each matched to a different case size. That’s what sets it apart from small-format blocks made for chairside digital workflows — the 3D F fast-sintering curve is engineered for laboratory bulk fabrication of veneers, crowns, bridges, inlays, and onlays.

For 1-3 unit crowns and bridges, that curve sinters in just 2 hours, fast enough for labs to fabricate and deliver same-day cases to the dentist’s office. Full temperature and time parameters for this cycle are in our downloadable PDF brochure.
The same multilayer disc scales up to larger cases without switching materials. Two additional sintering curves — one for 4-6 unit bridges, one for 7+ unit and full-arch restorations, including complete dentures — cover the rest of what a lab typically fabricates. Both curves, with their full heating and cooling profiles, are laid out in the PDF.
Discs come in three common format options: 98mm, 95mm (Zirkonzahn-compatible), and 87mm (Amann Girrbach-compatible), so labs can select the disc size that matches their existing milling system.
