Dental Training Models: Practice Before You Treat

Confidence at chairside starts long before a patient sits in the chair. A dental training model lets dental students and professionals rehearse real clinical steps — with a handpiece, hand instruments, or an electric motor — until the movements become second nature.

Our new PDF catalog organizes dental training models into four core categories: surgical implant, orthodontic, tooth cavity preparation, and root canal. Each model reproduces actual procedure sequences, not just static anatomy.

For implant training, students work through the complete surgical sequence: gingival flap reflection, residual root or tooth removal, osteotomy with bone drills, implant placement, and suturing. Orthodontic models support bracket and wire practice; tooth preparation models cover cavity and crown prep; root canal models allow pulp opening, reaming, canal measurement, filling, and sealing — all on models built to match real tooth anatomy.

A smaller set of teaching models is also available, designed less for hands-on skill-building and more for chairside patient communication — helping patients understand a diagnosis or treatment plan.

Rounding out the lineup is our phantom head simulation workstation. It holds the phantom articulator so any training model mounts directly, and includes an intraoral screen, vacuum suction pump, and compressed air supply — recreating a working dental office environment for realistic practice sessions.
