The orthodontic crimpable stop ring is added to the arch wire (without removing)in order to produce the force necessary to move teeth.

 It comes in U shapes and can achieve different orthodontic effects.

Orthodontic crimpable stop can be used for adjustable or tie-back stop applications, spring activation, for prevention of wire migration, and in tight spaces between wide molar attachments.
